Lemons are famously known in history for preventing scurvy in sailors up until the end of the 18th century. They would sell for $1 per lemon which in our time is expensive but in the 18th century, that was a fortune. ▪

//ENJOY// In China, they often start their day by drinking a litre of lemon water in the morning. This kick starts their digestion and flushes out toxins for the day. It can be a tall order for some to start their day but you will see an improvement in your skin, waistline and digestion.
