LIVER SERIES: PART 4
/THE LIVER SERIES// PART 4:
//THE LIVER CONTROLS TENDONS AND LIGAMENTS//
The state of our tendons, ligaments and cartilage affects our capacity for movement. The contraction and relaxation in our body depends on the nourishment and moistening of the blood from the Liver. ▪▪
If Liver-Blood is abundant then the tendons and ligaments will be moisten and nourished, ensuring smooth movement of joints and good muscle action.
If Liver-Blood is deficient, then issues such as spasms or impaired extension/flexion, numbness in limbs, tingling, cramps, tremors or convulsions could develop.
If Liver-Blood is stagnant and unmoving then you may experience rigidity, stiffness and pain of the joints or muscles. ▪▪
Ensure you are getting enough protein in your diet to keep blood abundant. Being active and hydrated ensures the blood flows smoothly in the body
